Membership Program
Our membership tiers are RED and GOLD! Right from the moment of a successful registration of a member, your membership status will automatically be RED. To achieve GOLD status, spend a total of RM500 (excluding discounts) within a 12 month period.
You will remain and enjoy the perks of your tier for 12 months before your membership will be adjusted accordingly.
Suppose a user becomes a member on August 1, 2023. By December 1, 2023, they've accumulated 500 points to promote them to the GOLD tier. To maintain their GOLD tier, they must earn 500 points before November 30, 2024.

Reward Points
Points are the base unit of Tims Rewards. Tims Rewards members earn 1 Point for every RM1 they spend on an eligible purchase.
You earn 1 Point for every Malaysian Ringgit you spend when you make an eligible purchase. If your transaction is RM9.90, the points you earn will be rounded down to 9.
Points cannot be exchanged or transferred between accounts in Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
Unused Tims Rewards Points expire 12 months after the calendar month that they were earned i.e. the Points you earned in March 2022 will expire at the end of March 2023.
To check your Tims Rewards Points balance, simply download the Tims app, click on "My Account" to view your membership tier, points balance and points expiry.
Unused Tim Rewards points that have reached their expiry date cannot be renewed. So don’t forget to redeem your Points before they expire!
Redemption of Points
Ensure that you have sufficient points and simply select the reward you would like to redeem from our rewards catalogue.

There is no maximum limit; users can redeem all their points in a single transaction.
No, you may not. Points are not redeemable for cash, cash equivalents or discounts.
Points are redeemable at all participating outlets.

Our priority is to ensure customers with food allergies and intolerances have accurate information to enable them to make safe choices from our menu. Tim Hortons® kitchens have strict controls in place to reduce the risk of cross-contact such as separate storage areas, utensils and cleaning equipment for products containing allergens. In common with other catering operations, our kitchens are fast-paced and have shared equipment and open environments, therefore we cannot guarantee that any product is entirely free from allergens. Customers with food allergies and intolerances should be aware of this information.
